Fadi Ganni

Fadi Ganni is the Founder and CEO of Morgan International. With over 27 years’ experience in the professional education industry, Ganni manages Morgan International’s global operations in the Middle East, Canada, Europe and India. Ganni was a pioneer in bringing professional education to the Middle East and has formed strategic alliances with leading international course providers to bring the best in professional certification review courses. Having earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential, Ganni has taught courses for the CPA program as well as delivered technical workshops to businesses, universities and government entities for the past 20+ years. Dr. Alexander Alonso, Ph.D, SHRM-SCP

Alexander Alonso, PhD, SHRM-SCP is the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) Chief Knowledge Officer leading operations for SHRM Certification, Research functions, SHRM’s Paragon Labs, and SHRM Foundation. During his career, he has led numerous global business initiatives with the aim of unleashing human potential through evidence-based management. His works have been published in top peer-reviewed journals and he has published several books including The Price of Pettiness, a guide to enhancing workplace culture. His works have been recognized by groups such as the American Psychological Association for their contribution to real-world issues having received more than $10 million in research funding from well-known foundations. Dr. Alonso serves as a columnist analyzing major trends in the workforce for The Industrial Psychologist and HR Magazine. In addition, he has served on several professional society boards including the SIOP and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington. Dr. Alonso is a Fellow of the Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Division 14 of the American Psychological Association.  He received his doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from Florida International University in 2003.

Emad Al-Ablani

Emad joined the National Bank of Kuwait on March 2003 where he started his career as a Manager heading the Recruitment Department. Moreover, he headed the HR Operations and then deputized for the General Manager of Group Human Resources. He has been officially appointed as Head of Group Human Resources for NBK on a General Manager level reporting to the Chief Executive Officer since October 2014. Before joining NBK, Emad has been appointed in several managerial roles at Kuwait University and Qualitynet, among others.

Furthermore, Emad is a member of various management and leadership committees at NBK, including but not limited to Information Security Governance, IT Board, Remuneration and Talent Management Committee.

Emad is a member of the Executive Committee that is in charge of bank wide key decisions and strategy and he is a member of the CBA Advisory Board (AACSB, MBA) at Gulf University for Science and Technology-GUST on January 2016.

Emad is an alumni from both Harvard Business School and American University of Beirut (AUB) after completing the General Management Program (GMP) at HBS and an Executive MBA at AUB respectively. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from Kuwait University.

Andrew Stotter-Brooks

Andrew is a HR Professional with more than thirty years of senior Human Resources Management practice in Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and Aviation.

Prior to Abu Dhabi and Etihad Aviation Group he worked for seven years with Alshaya Group as Head of Learning supporting the career development of more than 90,000 team members in 19 countries.  Before joining Alshaya Group Andrew worked with Peninsula and Orient (P&O) in the South Pacific supporting their international Cruise fleet and Hilton International Group as the People and Development Director responsible for HR delivery and Management training within Europe supporting over 500 Hotels.

In addition to my professional development work with Alshaya, Hilton, YUM and P&O, he has been an Executive industry coach for American University Dubai, Greenwich and Nottingham Universities, Rolls Royce and Bass.

Eva Mattheeussen

Eva started her career with DHL in 2005; covering several roles over the years from Recruitment, HR business partnering until the appointment four years ago as Head of HR and member of the MEA Senior Management team. A self-driven, genuine & adventurous HR leader she is currently heading Human Resources for DHL Global Forwarding Middle East & Africa (MEA). She comes with 15+ years of expertise in HR from various continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East).

Her expertise sprawls across various domains of the Human Resources function, looking after 24 countries with a highly engaged HR team. She is a true believer in Diversity & Inclusion and believes in staying grounded during all times and excited when impacting people’s life. Her main responsibility is to drive the HR strategy for MEA and to contribute to the business performance; translating the strategy into programs and initiatives for management to easily implement; coaching employees towards solutions. Eman Al-Yami

Eman Al-Yami is the Head of Human Resources of Saudi Aramco Exploration Organization since 2016 addressing development, recruitments, and outreach programs such as gifted program and sponsorship of all events and conferences both nationally and internationally. She was the Technical Training and Development Group Leader (2013-2016) where she managed to centralize all training programs that to increasing the transparency among all Exploration’s department. She was the Program Leader of the Exploration Specialist Development (2011-2012) responsible for managing all activities to develop subject matter experts in all Exploration expertise areas. Before joining Saudi Aramco Exploration, Eman participated in King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) establishment project management team where she was involved in establishing the medical services at KAUST and recruitment of Saudi staff. Prior KAUST, she worked as a medical technologist & microbiologist at Saudi Aramco Medical Center working in diverse high technologies with a recognized contribution of lab accreditation.

Eman has completed her BS in Applied Science, King Faisal University, Dammam, and Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, University of Leicester, England 2014. She has completed Saudi Aramco Finance and Strategy Executive Program with London Business School, 2019-2020. She was also certified as a professional in Human resources from SHRM since 2016.

Eman Received the Talent and Capability Development award given by the Middle East Oil & Gas Show and Conference in 2019, and the Training Initiative of the Year award for establishing “Exploration Geoscience Program” at the Oil & Gas Middle East and Refining & Petrochemicals Middle East in 2018. In 2020, Eman got awarded the GEO Distinguished Service Award sponsored jointly by AAPG, SEG, and EAGE.

Rizwan Masood Raja

Rizwan’s experience spans over 25 years. He was with SCB for over 15 years and, prior to that, with Jaffer Group for 9 years. He has held multiple senior roles within HR with a focus on Retail Banking, SME Business, Financial Crime Compliance & Talent Acquisition across strategic markets such as Pakistan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Taiwan and South Korea. Prior to his HR career, he managed businesses P&L and finance for Jaffer Group’s companies based in Pakistan.

Prior to joining Engro, Rizwan was serving as the Managing Director and Head of HR for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Greater China and North Asia, at SCB. Always driven by new challenges, Rizwan was instrumental in developing and delivering projects on strategic workforce planning, leading multiple Transformation projects related to client-centricity & digitalization for Retail Bank, and being part of the Global HR transformation’s design team. One of the key achievements was the successful build up of the Virtual Bank in Hong Kong; a first for SCB globally.

As the Chief People Officer at Engro, Rizwan is responsible for providing strategic direction and overall leadership on People function and enabling its transition to a more holistic “People” orientation, with “Culture” informing behaviors. His primary focus is to implement integrated People-First framework to enable transformation across Engro Corp and Subsidiaries; Talent Development with Strong Governance, robust operations and dynamic People policies & guidelines.

Rizwan speaks regularly at various forums on topics close to his heart, such as future of work & evolution of HR function in the digital age. He is passionate about community development and is an avid cricketer.

Jiten Puri

Jiten is a commercially focused business leader and experienced HR professional with a proven ability to develop and manage people strategies for a diverse, multicultural workforce. With 23 years of experience spanning both multiple industries and countries within sales, customer service and HR functions, Jiten has had the privilege of working with senior stakeholders on the successful implementation of company strategy, building organizational capability and delivering bench strength for future.  Before joining Jumeirah group, Jiten’s most recent role was on the media and entertainment side of the business as the Head of Human Capital at Arab Media Group (Dubai Holding), with other noteworthy appointments including Samsung, AIRTEL, RBS and Aujan Coca Cola to name a few.

Graduated in Mathematics with MBA in Marketing, Jiten also completed his formal assessor training with British Psychological Society. His further interests in human capital development helped him with the certification in CPLP from Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD). The Green Belt experience from Six Sigma drove the business value and cost saving initiatives with various business improvement projects. He is also an assessor for DHDA, a certified NLP practitioner and a coach.

Todd Brodie, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, is a Global HR and Leadership Development Professional who provides strategic support to leadership teams located throughout North America, Australia, Africa, the Middle East, and the EU and UK.
